In the summer of 2014, I visited and illustrated all 100 branches (and two bookmobiles) of Toronto Public Library. The quest took me to every corner of the city. Along the way, I understood that each library branch was an architectural and cultural expression of the communities they represent.
Check out the project website to see all 100 illustrations, now available as a colouring book from Dundurn Press!
Since releasing the project, I’ve written about libraries, and now sit on the Toronto Public Library board.
